There are 30 maisonettes in total: Maisonettes Junior Panorama (~ 65 sq.m), Maisonettes Superior Panorama (~ 75 sq.m), Maisonettes Junior Sea Side (~ 65 sq.m).
In 2015 the rooms were partially renovated: new anatomical mattresses, completely renovated bathrooms, all rooms have new flat-screen TVs, new furniture on the verandas, each room has 2 loungers with mattresses and an umbrella in the garden, a new one on all verandas / terraces wooden canopy.

One bedroom with 2 single beds; the second with a double bed.
Maisonette Superior Panorama 350 m. from the sea. Duplex maisonettes. As a rule, on the ground floor: a living room with 2 sofas, an armchair, a kitchen, 2 air conditioners, a terrace (25 sq.m.). On the second floor: 2 separate bedrooms. One with 2 single beds; the second with a double bed.
Maisonette Junior Sea Side 70 m. from the sea. Duplex maisonettes. As a rule, on the ground floor: a living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a kitchen, 2 air conditioners, a terrace (15 sqm), a separate bedroom. On the second floor: a bedroom without a door. Or 2 bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom with 2 single beds; the second with a double bed.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed 2 times a week.
