Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of paid services without penalties is possible no later than 3 days before the start of the arrival, then - for the actual expenses incurred for the sale.
If canceled 2 (two) days before the expected arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the daily price of the booked room will be charged; cancellation for 1 (one) day - in the amount of the cost of 1 (one) day stay. In case of actual non-arrival of the guest (no-show) to the hotel complex - annulment penalty in the amount of the cost of 1 (one) day stay.
If the guest stayed less than 1 (one) settlement day, the room rate is deducted as for 1 (one) settlement day.
