Among the most popular pearls of Kamchatka are usually named the Valley of Geysers, volcano Kluchevskoy, Kuril Lake. In total, the region has (according to various sources) 140 to 300 volcanoes, 29 of which are considered active, numerous mineral and thermal springs, geysers, mud volcanoes, boiling and acid lakes.
Kuril Lake, to the one side of which rises Il'inskii volcano, and to the other, Wild Crest volcano, is known for its amazingly picturesque rocky headlands and islands.
Klyuchevskaya Sopka is about 5000 meters high, the highest active volcano in Eurasia.Over 270 years, there were more than 50 violent eruptions.
