EVENT-complex "Olimp" consists of Park-hotel "Olimp" Youth center of new generation "the solar Olympus". In the evening at the pavilion "Hearth" loud, cheerful music is playing, 2 fires are burning, big one on the street, small fire within the "Hearth" - mulled wine, kebabs (pork, veal, lamb), pancakes, pies and different drinks. On the fire they are cooking pig, previously cooked in the Combi oven - boar show. Everything is very fun, delicious and is a great release from stress.

Following from MKAD on the Novoryazanskoe highway, then turn at T-junction left at the sign "Khotkovo", then in the centre of the town "Bronnitsy" turn right at the traffic lights at the sign on "Chelyabinsk". At the fork in the "Kaunas-Chelyabinsk" turn right at the sign "Chelyabinsk" and then at the next fork to continue along the sign "Kolomna".
Further, there are two movement options.
Option 1 — at the entrance to the town of Kolomna, at the first traffic light turn right at the sign "lake Explorer" and then follow the signs "lake" to the sign "Olympus" (right turn on D. Maloye Uvarovo).
Option 2 — at the entrance to Kolomna carry straight on at the crossroads, opposite the monument to Dmitry Donskoy (first right turn after the bridge over the river Kolomenka), turn right. Follow to the sign "Olympus" (right turn on D. Maloye Uvarovo). At the sign turn right turn up to the event-complex "Olimp" 2 km).

- upon cancellation in the period from 10 (inclusive) to 5 calendar days in advance, inclusive of 10 % (ten percent) of the cost of hotel services per room;
- upon cancellation in the period from 5 to 3 (inclusive) calendar days prior to arrival – 50 % (fifty percent) of the cost of hotel services per room;
- cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival - 100 % (one hundred percent) of the cost of hotel services per room.
Group bookings:
- upon partial or full cancellations in the period from 21 (inclusive) up to 14 calendar days inclusive prior to arrival - 10% (ten percent) of the cost of hotel services per room;
- upon partial or full cancellations in the period from 14 to 7 (inclusive) calendar days prior to arrival -30% (thirty percent) of the cost of hotel services per room;
- upon partial or full cancellations in the period from 7 to 3 (inclusive) calendar days prior to arrival -50% (fifty percent) of the cost of hotel services per room;
- upon partial or full cancellations made less than 3 calendar days prior to arrival - 100 % of the cost of hotel services per room.
For booking of additional services:
- in case of changes in the list of additional services related to the food (Banquet, barbecue, etc.) to decrease less than 3 days before arrival (inclusive) - 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the cancelled services;
- cancellation of additional services, less than 6 calendar days prior to the provision of services (including) – in amount of actually incurred costs by the Principal.
