Transfer
For all guests staying at hotels in Thessaloniki, group transfer to the venue on comfortable buses - free of charge. Transfer Individual transfer, as well as transfer from the hotels located outside Thessaloniki – on request; extra charge

Program Cost 
90 EUR  - for adults  50 EUR  - for children from 2 to 12 years. 
Children under 2 years - free when accompanied by parents (without a seat at the table).

New Year’s Eve  menu in Polis Convention Center:

Welcome Cocktail

• Welcome drink on arrival - Kir
• Canapés with roast beef and horseradish sauce
• Smoked salmon rolls on French baguette slices
• Tortilla rolls stuffed with Edam cheese with parmesan sauce 

Main menu
Cold appetizers:

• Plate with assorted Greek cheeses served with fragrant crackers, dried fruit, Greek olives, sun-dried tomatoes, olive paste and cream sauce of cream cheese and herbs.

Hot appetizers:

• Giant pancake stuffed with ricotta cheese and asparagus with cream sauce with porcini mushrooms (suitable for vegetarians)

Salads:

• salad with air-dried Bresaola beef plates with fresh herbs, pomegranate seeds, fresh pear and flavored croutons with apple cider vinegar sauce.

Hot dish: 

• Duo of roasted mutton ribs and tender chicken breasts on a bed of potatoes in cream sauce with black sesame with caramelized tomatoes, seasoned with rosemary sauce.

Carving station

• Pieces of grilled salmon fillet with herbs and aioli sauce
