Pulkovo 1, 2 VIP lounge: the procedure of passage

VIP lounge "Russia" is located in sector "B" of terminal Pulkovo-1. VIP hall "Russia" serves passengers traveling by internal air lines and their accompanying persons.
VIP lounge "International" is located in sector "B" of terminal Pulkovo 1. VIP lounge "International" serves both arrivals and departures of the passengers of international air lines in Pulkovo-1, as well as arrivals and departures in Terminal Pulkovo-2.

Departure procedure through the VIP lounge Pulkovo 1 and Pulkovo 2.
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than one (1) hour prior to departure time for domestic flights and 2 (two) hours for international flights.
Upon arrival at the airport Pulkovo-1, the passenger should go to the VIP lounge alone or accompanied by an employee of VIP lounge. Accompanying people can enter the VIP lounge with the passenger.  
At the entrance to the VIP lounge, the passenger must proceed to the reception.
At the reception, the passenger must give their name and present their identity document and plane ticket. During the execution of necessary procedures (check-in and baggage register) and waiting for a flight passenger can benefit from additional services of the VIP lounge in accordance with the approved price list.
At the invitation of a VIP lounge agent, the passenger passes the security checks in the prescribed order; if the flight is international, pre-customs clearance and inspection of baggage are carried out in the presence of passengers (luggage can be packed by the VIP lounge employees upon the passenger's request), after which the passenger passes passport control and is sent to security checks. After passing the necessary procedures, the passenger accompanied by a VIP lounge employee goes to the plane in a special vehicle.

The procedure of arrival through the VIP lounge Pulkovo 1 and Pulkovo 2.  
After getting off the plane, the passenger must come to a VIP lounge employee, who will be expecting them with a special sign saying VIP (or the passenger's name, if arranged in advance), and introduce themselves.
Then, accompanied by the VIP lounge employee, the passenger goes to the VIP-lounge in a special vehicle.If the flight is international, the passenger passes customs clearance and passport control directly in the VIP lounge.
To get their luggage, the passenger gives the VIP lounge employee the luggage tags and waits for baggage delivery in the VIP lounge. After completing all necessary procedures and getting the baggage, a VIP lounge employee, on passenger's request, accompanies them to their vehicle
The vehicle, upon prior application, is let onto the ramp of Pulkovo-1. The meting people can enter the VIP-room one (1) hour before the arrival of the plane, giving the name of the passenger.
