Sheremetyevo D VIP lounge: the procedure of passage

Sheremetyevo-D VIP lounge is located on the ground floor in the left wing of the airport, has a separate entrance and serves both departures and arrivals.

Departure procedure through the VIP lounge of Sheremetyevo-D

Passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour prior to departure, for registration ends 40-50 minutes before the flight. Upon arrival, the passenger must contact the administrator, who is located opposite the entrance to the VIP-room, giving them the name and flight number. Further, the passenger has to check in and registed the luggage, and goes to any comfprtable place. Boarding will be announced.

Upon arrival, a manager meets the passengers with a sign saying «VIP».  The passenger should contact a representative of the VIP-lounge. If they have registered baggage, they give their luggage tags to the VIP lounge manager. After all the passengers come to the meeting point, the group is sent to the VIP lounge accompanied by the manager.
Luggage will be announced.

Delivery of passenger baggage to / from the VIP-lounge and bar services are NOT included in the cost of services.
