Villa consists of a main building, in which there are a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has one single bed.
Living room adjoins a spacious veranda with a seating area. There is a dining area 4 meters from the main building, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned, as well, it has a TV. Glass doors are moved apart, allowing you to dine outdoors in the warmer months of years. In the back of this room are guest toilets, 2 showers and a sauna.
Having risen several steps, you get to the pool, 15x8 m. size. Also, there is a bar area, 12 meters long, around the pool there are sun loungers, umbrellas, 2 changing rooms.
Further, on the territory there is a chalet, which consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed.
Also, on the territory there is a separate building, which can accommodate working personnel. The room has air conditioning, 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
