This new building of apartments is located in the centre of Nerja, within a few minutes' walking distance of the famous "Balcon de Europa" as well as the "Salón" and "Calahonda" beaches. A range of dining and shopping facilities and more can be found in the immediate vicinity. Built in the year 2000, the complex offers 4 apartments comprising 1 and 2 double bedrooms spread over 3 floors. The apartments all feature high quality furnishings and attractive décor to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible. They each have 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a fully fitted bathroom with hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge etc, as well as a large lounge/dining room with a TV and sofa bed to accommodate 1 or 2 additional persons. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating is available in all the rooms and the lounge. The apartments also offer tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, king-size bed and a balcony or terrace as standard. Hostel / Apartments Abril has a joint reception at Pintada 124 Street, but customers can stay in any units: San Juan Street Number 1 and number 40.
