The Moscow Kremlin is a symbol of Russian statehood, one of the largest architectural ensembles in the world, the richest treasury of historical relics, monuments of culture and art.
It is located in the heart of the capital on a high hill above the Moskva River. Its walls and towers, golden-domed cathedrals and ancient palaces stand high on Borovitsky Hill and form a unique in its beauty and grandeur architectural ensemble.
The unique museum complex includes the Assumption, Archangel and Annunciation cathedrals, Deposition of the Robe Church, the Patriarch's Palace with the Twelve Apostles Church, Ivan the Great Bell Tower, as well as a collection of artillery shells and bells.
From April to October on Saturdays at 12:00 on the Kremlin's Cathedral Square is demonstrated the ceremonial of equestrian and pedestrian Presidential Regiment.
Tour sessions are conducted at 10:00, 10:45, 11:30, 12:15, 13:00, 13:45, 14:30, 15:15, 16:00.
