Group GDS Transfer Services

Terms and conditions of the Group GDS Transfer Services in Greece.

Mouzenidis Travel is providing Group Transfer Services not only for flights which are operated under its consolidation, but also to absolutely all flights, with special group “GDS” rates under the following terms and conditions:

• GDS Transfer services will be provided for flights arriving in Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Rhodes, Corfu, Zakynthos, Peloponnese.
• The hotel accommodation is required to be booked through Mouzenidis Travel, in one of the regions in which the Tour Operator provides group transfers from/to the airport.
• When booking a hotel accommodation (without a flight) in the Mouzenidis Travel online booking system, you are kindly requested to insert a note in the reservation requesting to add a GDS Group Transfer and add flight data in the below format:

Arrival Date / Arrival Time / Flight Number
Departure Date / Departure Time / Flight Number

Above information about flights must be provided no later than 48 hours before arrival / departure.

• In case the flight information is not provided at the indicated time, Tour Operator Mouzenidis Travel has the right to refuse to provide the services.
• Arrivals and departures of the flights must be between 07:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• If the airline company changes the arrival or/and departure time of the scheduled flight and the newly scheduled flight does not operate within the agreed time range (07:00 AM until 10:00 PM), the Group GDS transfer service will not be provided by the Tour Operator.
• The maximum waiting time for the transfer service to be provided can be up to one and a half hours after guests arrive to the airport, in the specified range of GDS flights service time.
• If the flight arrives before the indicated time, guests can be suggested either an individual transfer or to wait for the next group transfer, the time of which can be specified with the  Mouzenidis Travel Transport Department prior one day of the departure / arrival.
• The operation period of the Group GDS Transfer Services varies between regions and may differ.
