The elegant Art Nouveau style hotel is arguably one of the most beautiful, oldest spa hotels in the world. Definitely one of the most beautiful buildings of the Secession style in Budapest, it rises on the banks of the Danube at the foot of Mount Gellert. The well-known Gellert baths are connected to the old hotel building, where the people of the capital are pleasantly surprised by the comfort and functional distribution of the interior space, which provides comfort and relaxation. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to experience the beneficial effects of the Gellert healing bath. Take a walk along the Great Market of Budapest, opposite the hotel directly across the bridge, ask the price of a product or wander along the most famous pedestrian street, Vaci, with its shop windows and shops.
A fabulous panorama of the Danube and the city opens from the windows and from the terrace of the restaurant. The restaurant has a high reputation and is very popular for its excellent cuisine. The menu contains the most successful gastronomic finds of restaurant chefs over the past ... 90 years! The restaurant's wines are supplied by the best wineries in Hungary.
On Sundays, at lunchtime (12: 00-15: 00), the restaurant offers family dinners in the form of a rich buffet "for old and small" accompanied by live music.
Hotel guests receive a 15 percent discount on the Sunday Brunch menu. Children under 14 order desserts at half price, and up to 6 years - for free!

Gellert Beer & Snack Bar
Another bright - contrasting - place in the old Gellért hotel: the pub is decorated in a modern way, its interior is divided into cozy corners where a friendly company can sit, where you can spend a working lunch or dinner, celebrate a family celebration. Chef József Jasics leads a team of culinary enthusiasts. The menu also includes old-fashioned dishes, “arranged” according to the requirements of today’s followers of modern Hungarian cuisine, which are our restaurant chefs.
